Deliverables

Outputs that help leaders decide what to do next.

AegisPrime deliverables are designed to connect evidence, risk, priority, and recommended action without turning the engagement into a generic checklist.

Decision Outputs

Each output has a specific job and package fit.

Standard Assessment includes the core decision package. Focused Review uses a shorter memo. Core policies are checked at baseline depth and may become findings, roadmap items, or action-plan entries.

  • Suggested timeframe

Package Fit

What a new client should expect by package.

The clearest starting point is the client question: a narrow readiness question, a full baseline assessment, or a broader/deeper scope.

Focused Readiness Review

Best when the client needs a short answer to a defined readiness question or up to three selected areas.

  • Focused intake and evidence request
  • Focused readiness memo
  • 30-minute follow-up call
  • No full risk register or 12-month roadmap by default

Standard Assessment

Best when the client needs the full baseline-depth assessment for one facility, business unit, or core environment.

  • Readiness assessment report
  • Prioritized risk register
  • 12-month security roadmap
  • Executive summary
  • Assessment action plan
  • Delivery conversation

Expanded or Expedited Assessment

Expanded changes scope and depth. Expedited keeps Standard scope but changes turnaround if evidence and stakeholder timing support it.

  • Same core outputs as Standard
  • Expanded detail when written scope requires it
  • Expedited schedule only when response-ready
  • No production changes included

Evidence Basis

Findings should be traceable to the evidence available during the review.

A deliverable is only useful if the client can understand the basis for the recommendation. AegisPrime separates reviewed evidence, open questions, and recommended next steps.

What was reviewed

Deliverables identify the systems, documents, interviews, screenshots, exports, or other evidence used to support findings.

What was unavailable

Missing, outdated, or unavailable evidence is called out so the client understands where confidence may be limited.

What needs validation

Legal, privacy, certification, and business decisions remain with the appropriate client-side advisors and stakeholders.

How To Use Them

Deliverables are built for action after the review.

The outputs are intended to help leaders, IT teams, and advisors align on what matters, what should happen first, and where additional support may be useful.

Leadership decisions

Use the executive summary and roadmap to discuss priorities, sequencing, investment, and accountability.

IT execution planning

Use the risk register and roadmap to translate findings into practical work items and ownership conversations.

External readiness

Use evidence-based findings to support client, vendor, insurance, or procurement readiness discussions where appropriate.
