AegisPrime starts with security readiness assessment work. Focused, Standard, Expanded, and Expedited options adjust the breadth, depth, and timeline without blurring assessment boundaries.
Packages
Standard is the common starting point for most clients. Focused answers a narrower question. Expanded changes written scope. Expedited keeps Standard scope with a faster response-ready timeline.
A baseline-depth review across the 10 core security domains for one facility, business unit, or core environment.
Typical outputs
Assessment-only by default. Production changes and remediation require separate written scope.
A reduced-scope review for a defined question or up to three selected priority areas.
Typical outputs
Does not include the full Standard report, full risk register, or 12-month roadmap by default.
A written-scope assessment for multiple environments, deeper evidence sampling, added stakeholders, or broader validation needs.

Follow-on advisory, planning, policy, or validation work can be useful, but it should not be confused with the assessment itself.
Help sequence findings into realistic owner, dependency, budget, and timing conversations.
Help prioritize policy gaps and ownership after assessment findings are reviewed. Drafting, rewrite, and legal/compliance review are not included by default.
Advisory support for remediation planning. Hands-on production changes require explicit written approval.
Follow-up review of completed work to update confidence, readiness notes, and next-period priorities.
Start with the business question. The package can be selected after the objective, timeline, evidence readiness, and environment boundary are clear.
